PNAA SPOTLIGHT
On paper the organization started in 2001 , but its roots go back 20 years before , as it was formed by the merging of two previous organizations . For more than four decades , PNAA and its originators have helped aerospace companies connect through networking , training and industry intelligence , as well as via direct business to business meetings . With all the upheaval of the past two years , and the tremendous impact on our hard-hit industry , PNAA has responded nimbly , learning to pivot in new and creative ways — doing our best to stay in tune with the needs of the community .
“ This is a team effort ,” says Dale King , PNAA ’ s business development manager . “ One of the amazing parts of our organization is the incredible support and participation by our board of directors . Not only do they have hundreds of collective years of experience , but they also roll up their sleeves and truly dive into helping us create amazing programs , providing real-time feedback of what they are facing as aerospace suppliers .”
