needed for Boeing or other customers. He also added that they are able to provide prototyping or engineering services before implementing a final solution.“ You can throw an engineer on a project, and they can get stuff done; it is projectdependent, but one engineer can handle a big portion of any engineering task.” Regarding bidding, they review potential projects as a team:“ We download files and distribute. Sometimes we sit down together and discuss; sometimes we review independently.”

TECHNICIANS, & LEADERSHIP.
Their facility in Redmond, Washington, is relatively small according to Braly— about 10,000-12,000 square feet. He noted that most of their work is done at customer facilities or involves using fabricators to produce their designs. Therefore, he said their most important facility assets are engineers, technicians, and leadership. The equipment at the Redmond facility involves designing, programming, and testing the electrical and control systems. Otherwise, he said a forklift is their main tool for moving control panels— everything else is hand and wiring tools.

Their fabrication partners include Steel-Fab and ABW Technologies, who, Braly said,“ Have a lot of big tooling to join, weld, cut, and position— really large tooling— to lift an airplane wing, which is very big. When we deliver our system to a company like that, we work to get the control system set up and wired and test it there; we adjust and modify the software and invite the customer in and run through an acceptance test procedure and show them everything in the spec they asked for.” He shared that they also go over the Human Machine Interface( HMI) that they’ ve programmed and ask for feedback and modifications. All final testing is completed at the customer ' s location.
Matter with Steel-Fab has worked with Braly and team for 30 years. He remarked that they were paired up by Boeing.“ They do controls; we do the fab.” He also said
