HARD WORK IS NOT OVER
While it is exciting to see our industry start to rebound, the hard work is far from over. Many companies I speak with are very busy but still face challenges such as the workforce, dynamic schedules, raw material issues and more.
There are also hangover issues from the several years of obstacles. Just look at the recent demise of Spirit Airlines. When our industry has taken so many hard hits over the past several years, recovery is a step-by-step process and not a quick cure.
