or all employees, quality
customer service is mission
critical and Hempstead said
that employees are mentored
on how to provide the best

They are doing something right
since the company has been
operating for over 33 years
and is still growing. They offer
aircraft tooling and automation
projects in three key areas:
Specialty:
· Customer-specified custom projects
that are outside traditional automation
and tooling — space, satellites, mili-
tary test cells, are some examples.
·
Automation:
· This can be described as a machine
that never stops moving — riveting
machines, robots, machines that drill
holes, and carbon fiber layup are
samples.
·
Aircraft Tooling:
· Equipment designed to hold and move
aircraft parts through a process — spar
drilling and fastening machines, fuselage
machines, wing assembly machines are
types of aircraft tooling they produce.
