Some of these applications include railroad and pipeline right-of-way monitoring for en-
croachment, vegetation issues and security. Other infrastructure solutions involve dam and
reservoir monitoring, bridge inspections, as well as solar and wind energy generation equip-
ment inspection. Additional applications include oil and gas well monitoring, and CH2 meth-
ane gas detection. Over the oceans and waterways, maritime search and rescue, illicit drug
interdiction and border patrol also are a great fit for Insitu’s product set and services options.
