It is my great pleasure to share our plans for Northwest Aerospace News Magazine. I have invested 27 years in this industry, meeting many incredible businesses as well as incredible people along the way.
Our vision is straightforward. Northwest Aerospace News Magazine will interact with the numerous aerospace networks in the Northwest region, seeking to write about companies that support the aerospace manufacturing industry— be it commercial, military, space or UAV. In our planned six issues per year, we will feature articles that shine a spotlight on companies who are exceptional in new technology, best manufacturing practices, and superior performance.
Northwest Aerospace News will deliver this valuable content on a national level to industry decision makers, presented in a unique periodical that will benefit our readership and featured companies, as well as our advertising partners.
In the current market environment, the stakes could not be higher for companies that provide a finished product. Schedules are tight, margins are slim and the cost impact of being late is enormous. I have lived these scenarios and know firsthand how valuable suppliers are that can support the ever-changing market needs. In my opinion, the Pacific Northwest has the“ NASCAR Pit Crew” of manufacturing companies that can best serve the fast-paced and growing marketplace.
