Gina Breukelman
is Senior Manager,
Boeing Global Engagement (BGE), in the
Northwest region. In her role with BGE, Gina
leads the development and execution of en-
terprise philanthropic giving strategies and
community investment plans, as well as Boe-
ing’s employee community engagement ac-
tivities. Gina manages a team of six commu-
nity investors who address Boeing’s corporate
philanthropy and community engagement
priorities of Our Future (Education and Work-
force), Our Heroes (Veterans and their families)
and Our Home (Environment).
Bryan Corliss is a national award-winning
content strategist and journalist with nearly
two decades of experience writing about the
aerospace and aviation industries.
As a public relations pro, he’s been part
of a team that partnered with Boeing on a
campaign that won one of the Public Relations
Society of America’s top honors for issues
communications, and he’s won North American
industry group awards for both print and digital
content creation, social media use and execu-
tive communications.
Fiona McKay, recently joined the PNAA
as Business Development Director, on the an-
niversary of her 10th year in aerospace. She
now holds the position of Deputy Executive
Director. Her principal responsibilities include
the development and strengthening of
relationships with both the Pacific Northwest
and international aerospace community, sup-
porting the development and delivery of the
PNAA’s networking and market intelligence
events, and using her knowledge of the
industry to enhance the evolution of PNAA’s
mission and growth.

Patrick O’Halloran is the Director at
North Idaho College’s Aerospace Center
where he helped gain initial FAA approval
for their maintenance school. A career main-
tainer in the USAF, he became a “mustang”
maintenance officer, then capped his 24 years
of service as Air Force ROTC Commandant of
Cadets at Marquette University in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin. He worked on two federal grant
projects for Spokane Community College,
including Air Washington, prior to managing
NIC’s project. He currently serves on the
board of the Idaho Aerospace Alliance.
Jennifer Ferrero, APR, provides market-
ing and communication services to the Center
of Excellence. She is nationally accredited in
public relations, and frequently writes about
workforce development and education in
the aerospace and advanced manufacturing
industries.
Mary Kaye Bredeson is the Executive
Director of the Center of Excellence for Aero-
space and Advanced Manufacturing, housed
at Everett Community College. For the past
15 years, she has brought her leadership skills
to higher education in promoting Washing-
ton’s economic and workforce development
initiatives in aerospace and advanced manu-
facturing.
