lvarado offers a one-two
punch with his education in
business and certified public
accounting. At 32, he under-
stands business, financials
and team culture. Since becoming
a partner in Continuous Compos-
ites, he has acquired an exten-
sive understanding of mechanical
engineering, composites, robot-
ics, material science and soft-
ware engineering.
Alvarado said that he has always
been motivated,
“I was always the type of
kid that held myself to
a high standard.”
He worked hard for good grades
and when it came time for college
he put the time into investing in
himself through his education
as well as other profession-
al development opportunities.
