The NWTAAC’s

org, details a straight-forward,
three-phase process.
Phase 1: Application (Petition)
At no cost to applicants NWTAAC’s experi-
enced staff will assess your firm’s company’s
program eligibility
EDA application review process typically
takes between 30 to 70 days
Phase 2: Strategic Plan (Adjustment Proposal)
After initial application approval NWTA-
AC staff will work with firms to develop an
Adjustment Proposal (AP) for your company
that will include:
Your firm will be asked to share 25 percent of
the cost to develop an AP that will be submit-
ted to EDA for approval (cost will be $1,000
or less)
EDA AP review process will take no more
than 60 calendar days for AP approval
PHASE 3: Project Implementation
Upon EDA approval of your firm’s AP, NW-
TAAC will contact you to start to implement
your projects
Your firm will select a third-party consultant/
vendor to implement your projects which
NWTAAC facilitates contracts with
Your firm’s share for each project will be
between 25 to 50 percent (total federal share
of $22,500-$75,0000)
