M embers from both organizations were encouraged to sign up for PNDC’s Supply Chain Opportunities Conference and then cap the day off at PNAA’s New Year, New Connections quarterly networking event. PNDC and PNAA also co-host the Northwest Aerospace De- fense Symposium, scheduled this year for April 10th in Sea-Tac. Further east, INWAC is teaming up with the Idaho Aerospace Alliance (IDAA) and the Coeur d’Alene Economic Development Corporation to put on the I-90 Aerospace Corridor Conference and Expo in May. In addition to IDAA and INWAC representatives, the planning team includes volunteers from area economic development entities, North Idaho College, and Washington and Idaho’s Manufac- turing Extension Partnerships (Impact Washington and TechHelp). By combining two events — INWAC’s Spring Conference and IDAA’s Aerospace Manufacturing Trade Show — the I-90 Aerospace Corridor Conference and Expo has become a must-attend event for suppliers along the I-90 and I-5 corridors, allowing participants to be away from work for less time and gain more from attending. 64 NORTHWEST AEROSPACE NEWS
