hile attending the recent Pacific Northwest Aerospace
Alliance (PNAA) Conference in Lynnwood, Washington,
Ganzarski talked about the new technologies. He said that
there is a group who says, “This will never happen,” a group
who says, “I know this is going to happen in the next five to
10 years and it would be foolish to say it won’t work,” and a
last group that is ready to see electric motors on aircraft today
and wants to participate – this group, the early adopters, are
the focus for magniX.
He notes that when revolutionary change occurs it is a
disruption. But because of recent innovations from Tesla and
SpaceX, the way has been paved for companies like magniX
to go to market, even in the ultra-conservative aerospace
industry.
