Above: In a new written section of the survey, we asked respondents to name the one word that immediately comes to mind when thinking of NorthstarMLS. We received 390 submissions of single words for the question. 97% (279 out of 288 mentions) of the top 54 "come to mind" single words (with more than one mention) were interpreted as positive or constructive. Only four words in the top 54 "come to mind" words could be interpreted as negative. This Word Cloud visually summarizes the most common words that were submitted. Words with a larger font were the ones with the most mentions in the survey. The word "information" led the way with 32 mentions, followed by "listings" and "helpful" with 20 mentions each.
