VADNAIS HEIGHTS PARKS & RECREATION
Youth benefit from a variety of organized programs, such as soccer, t-ball, basketball, dance, tennis, and playground activities. Adults take advantage of activities such as softball, volleyball and basketball open gym, pickleball and yoga classes. Area seniors enjoy bi-monthly Hi-Lites social meetings including card games, refreshments and lunches, the White Bear area senior programs and services, and CLASS organization senior workshops.
ENJOY OUR PARKS & TRAILS! The City of Vadnais Heights boasts more than 100 acres of parkland. Our 14 parks include playground equipment, trails, hard surface areas, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball / softball fields, basketball and tennis / pickleball courts, and restrooms. And, Vadnais-Sucker Lake Regional Park, operated by Ramsey County Parks and Recreation, has 1,252 acres of woods, lakes, trails, and picnic areas.
