BOARD RETREAT
The VHEDC Board of Directors convened on February 5, 2025, to plan this year’ s strategic initiatives, reinforcing its commitment to fostering economic growth and supporting the local business community.
Each year, the VHEDC Board brings forward new ideas and shares innovative strategies to enhance business development in the northeast metro. This year’ s meeting focused on key initiatives aimed at strengthening partnerships, attracting new businesses, and supporting existing enterprises through resources and collaboration with the City, County and State government.
“ Our goal is to ensure that Vadnais Heights remains a thriving hub for businesses of all sizes,“ said Liz Moscatelli, VHEDC Executive Director.“ By working together with our business community, we can implement meaningful strategies that drive economic success.”
The discussion included plans to support workforce development, infrastructure improvements, and new programs to assist businesses with expansion and sustainability. The Board also explored opportunities for community engagement and public-private partnerships to further economic development goals.
As VHEDC moves forward with these initiatives, it remains dedicated to working alongside local business leaders to create a strong, dynamic economic environment. More details on specific projects and programs will be shared in the coming months.
