he year 2020 is likely to go down as a banner year for both
development and redevelopment in the Northeast Metro.
Ramsey County and MN-DOT have a major infrastructure
project underway at the intersection of 694 and Rice Street; planning
efforts for the Rush Line—a bus rapid transit corridor that connects
St. Paul to White Bear Lake— will continue; and pretty much all of
the suburbs have projects in the works too.

forward to in 2020.
