Ramsey County and MN-DOT have a major infrastructure project underway at the intersection of 694 and Rice Street; planning efforts for the Rush Line—a bus rapid transit corridor that connects St. Paul to White Bear Lake— will continue; and pretty much all of the suburbs have projects in the works too.
