KSF 3: HIGHLY QUALIFIED STAFF
District 27 employs a highly-qualified staff who are passionate about on-going professional learning.
Our District offers professional growth opportunities through in-district study groups and course
offerings, incentive programs to earn a master’s degree and beyond, and such innovations as peer
coaching and teacher mentor programs.
During 2016-2017, we engaged our staff in a year-long Technology Conference.
The staff participated in intensive training on technology skills to better meet the
needs of our students.
