When their efforts pay off, make sure you reward them for their diligent work. Let your team weigh in on creative solutions to the slump. Can social media curb the decline? Could a patient appreciation event boost production? Should the practice have specials in the slump month to increase the numbers? The solutions are end- less and should be specific to your practice, patients, and trends. So, get creative! Slow months and slump periods often loom like a dark cloud.
