Jae Ha Jung, DDS
MANSFIELD
Dr. Jae Ha Jung earned his dental degree
from Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico as
valedictorian in his class, and he also spent
an extra year of internship at the same insti-
tution serving as a general dentist. To
strengthen his clinical skills and pursue his
goal of evidence based dentistry, he did a
post graduate residency of Advanced Edu-
cation in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Boston University Goldman School
of Dental Medicine, where he gained clinical experience in a variety of
dental needs across all age groups and backgrounds.
Dr. Jung later attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine
to pursue his passion in Endodontics and attained his specialty certifi-
cate. During his residency, he was involved in numerous research proj-
ects and presented his work at national and international meetings.
Dr. Jung is an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas
Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists and Fort
Worth Dental Society.
As someone who was born in Korea and raised in Mexico, but practices
in America, Dr. Jung is fluent in Korean, Spanish, and English. Being
trilingual overcomes barriers in establishing rapport and close relation-
ships with patients and referring doctors alike. When not in the office,
he enjoys watching movies, working out and spending time with his wife.
Alex Fitzhugh, DDS
BURLESON
Dr. Alex Fitzhugh received a Bachelor of Sci-
ence degree in Biology from The University
of Arkansas and his Doctor of Dental Sur-
gery degree from The University of Ten-
nessee. Dr. Fitzhugh completed a two-year
postgraduate program in Endodontics at
Rutgers University in New Jersey. While at
Rutgers, he also completed a comprehensive training program in implant
dentistry from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
During his tenure at both Rutgers University and University of Ten-
nessee, Dr. Fitzhugh received many accolades for both his work in the
classroom and in clinic. He is an award winning researcher that has pre-
sented his studies nationally and has been featured in both journal arti-
cles and online research reviews.
Dr. Fitzhugh believes in minimally-invasive endodontics and appreciates
the importance of ensuring thorough disinfection of the root canal sys-
tems while maintaining adequate tooth structure to allow for placement
of a proper long-term restoration. He incorporates the best technology

available in Endodontics today including cone beam CT and the dental
operating microscope to aid in his endodontic diagnosis and treatment
planning, which ultimately allows him to perform the best endodontic
care possible.
Outside of the office, Dr. Fitzhugh enjoys spending time with his family
and friends. He is an avid outdoorsman and sports fan who enjoys play-
ing soccer, football, and golf in his free time.
Dr. Fitzhugh currently holds Board-eligible status from the American
Board of Endodontics and continues to make progress towards ABE
Board Certification.
Obadah Attar, BDS, DScD
ALLIANCE
Dr. Obadah Attar graduated from the Stow-
ers-Johnson Postgraduate Endodontic
Clinic at the University of Missouri - Kansas
City in 2009, where he received a postgrad-
uate specialty certificate in endodontics.
After endodontic training, Dr. Attar moved
to Boston, MA where he participated in a
Postdoctoral Fellowship in Implant Den-
tistry and received training in surgical implant placement, bone grafts,
and sinus lifts in 2010. In 2015, he received a Doctor of Science Degree
in Endodontics from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of
Dental Medicine.
Before relocating to Fort Worth, Dr. Attar was clinical assistant professor
at the prestigious postgraduate endodontic program at Boston Univer-
sity providing both clinical and didactic instruction to the postgraduate
residents. He also served as research mentor on several investigations
that subsequently led to professional publication and helped advance
the field of endodontics. Dr. Attar invented a controlled-release antimi-
crobial agent that would improve filling materials used in root canal
treatment and has authored several chapters in various dental publica-
tions that are utilized in many different fields of postgraduate dental
training. His career in specialty education promotes his clinical practice
by keeping him up-to-date with recent advancements, new treatment
modalities and protocols, and the latest and greatest in technology in
endodontics. His close work and teaching experience at the Advanced
Education in General Dentistry at Boston University helped him to better
understand and appreciate the challenges and goals of restorative den-
tists to achieve the best possible dental care and optimal treatment out-
comes for the patient.
During his free time, Dr. Attar is a technology enthusiast, enjoys spend-
ing time with his family, exercising, and reading.
Dr. Attar is a professional member of the American Association of
Endodontists, American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts
Dental Society.
