English. “When a patient is suffering with pain or is feeling
anxious, being able to converse in their native language helps
to establish rapport and immediately improves their level
of comfort.”
The doctors at Essential Endodontics recognize that dental
anxiety is a common problem and offer several different levels
of sedation for patients. They collaborate with dental
anesthesiologists to allow the patient to receive sedation and
sleep comfortably through endodontic treatment if desired.
Dr. Yelton notes, “We understand that many patients have
anxiety or even fear about just seeing the dentist, much less at
having a root canal performed. As a result, patients often delay
seeking care because they don’t believe they will be able to
tolerate dental treatment.
“We feel sedation is an important service to provide for our
fearful patients and the entire staff is very well prepared to
accommodate patients with dental anxiety. Sedation also allows
us to serve our young pediatric patients and helps ensure they
have positive dental experiences.”
Kellie began working at Essential
Endodontics and joined Team Endo in
2016 after nearly 20 years in the
dental industry. She worked for a
dental manufacturer where she gained
experience in operations, marketing
and sales. Kellie manages our profes-

liaison between our practices and the general dental offices we
work with to provide a first class experience.
Kellie also serves as the Director of Operations and facilitates the
ability of the four practice locations to be as responsive as
possible to emergency dental needs. Making sure that all
Essential Endodontics practices are staffed and running smoothly
is her top priority.
She is the point of contact for all philanthropic efforts and helps
find avenues for the doctors to provide care for those who would
not otherwise be able to receive these services.
Essential Endodontics is committed to building rapport and
trust with referring practices. “I am proud of our marketing
outreach efforts and the great relationships we have built with
our referring doctors,” Kellie notes. “We visit general dentists’
offices frequently and they often comment that we are really
creative with our marketing ideas and concepts. We do our best
to make referrals easy and convenient for their office by paying
attention to every detail. They appreciate that we are always on
top of keeping them stocked with referral pads and cards, so
they never have to ask. Most importantly, we firmly believe
The entire staff at Essential Endodontics, proudly dubbed “Team Endo”, receives the highest level of instructions and training in endodontics so they can
