"I love that we could laugh and have fun while
learning how to be better in the office. It was
really good to hear from different professionals
in different types of offices."
-Registered Dental Assistant
"I enjoyed the interactive, one-on-one
approach and how problems were tackled
and taken apart."

"I enjoyed BODA's class so much. I honestly
thought the class was going to be sitting, taking
notes and just watching videos. But it was so dif-
ferent. There was a lot of interaction and role
playing that kept my mind thinking and working.
I highly recommend this class to anyone that
needs a better understanding of what an ad-
vanced assistant does."

In their typical way of creatively solving problems, Bethany and
Amanda also noticed that there were some clients who simply
needed brief and periodic support without launching into a full
consulting relationship. “There were several doctors and teams
that we met with along the way that needed support but either
couldn’t afford monthly consulting or simply didn’t have the
time for monthly consulting. In addition, there were some
offices who had really strong operations overall, but just needed
some very specific training or team building,” recounts
Amanda. “So, after considering all the ways we could serve
them, we decided to offer customized, on-site full team
courses.” Several of their clients enjoy this option and schedule
two or three customized half- or full-day courses for their teams
each year. “It gives them the ability to invest in really good and
specific training for their teams without having to load all of
their team members up for an expensive out of town course and

building ideas. Love the interaction; don't feel like
I am in a class."

beam with pride as they think back on all of the start-ups that
they have served. “It is so incredibly rewarding to walk with a
client from picking a practice name through interior design
decisions, and then hiring and training staff. When the office
officially opens and begins to grow, it feels like my own child
surpassing a milestone,” adds Bethany. In addition to start-ups,
Bethany and Amanda also serve existing offices in numerous
ways. Some of their clients thrive when they receive multiple
monthly visits from Bethany and Amanda. Other clients need
intensive training and then are able to move into a mild main-
tenance plan, which includes potentially one visit per month.
Bethany Consulting approaches consulting differently than most of their peers. There is no year-long contract, pre-planned binders and scripts and they only
work to fix what is broken.
