Dr. Melissa Rozas
Dr. Melissa Rozas graduated from Texas A&M University with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science in 1991, and in
1995 she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the
University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. Fol-
lowing dental school, she completed a two-year residency at the
University of Texas at Houston and Hermann Hospital where she
received her specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry in 1997.
Shortly after graduation, she moved to Dallas and started her own
practice in 1998.
Dr. Rozas is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric
Dentistry. Over the last 20 years, she has been recognized as a

leader in the local dental community, as well as state and national
organizations. She is past president of the Texas Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry, and past Director of College of Diplomates of
the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She has been co-Chair-
man of the Greater Dallas Pediatric Dental Society since 2007.
Dr. Rozas is also an active member of the American Dental Asso-
ciation, Texas Dental Association, the American Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry, the College of Diplomates of the American
Board of Pediatric Dentistry and the Southwest Society of Pedi-
atric Dentistry.
Dr. Rozas is passionate about educating families and her patients
on dental health and she is committed to giving each child excel-
lent care. She resides in Coppell with her husband, Tim and their
two teenage children, Bryce and Lauren. When she is not taking
care of little teeth, she loves to run, exercise and travel to her
favorite beach destinations.
