serious purpose behind all the fun and silliness around here.”
Parents are invited to relax in the reception area while their child
is examined, although the treatment area is clearly visible through
the windows. Dr. Rozas explains, “Allowing a child over the age of
four years to go back to the treatment area without being accom-
panied by Mom or Dad demonstrates trust, and the child is likely
to take their lead. We always invite the parent back after exams
and treatment to discuss our findings and view radiographs

Dr. Rozas believes in motivating parents with information and by providing helpful tips that aid in cavity prevention. Consultations are held before and after
