Results We were very proud of the final results and John was thrilled with the esthetics and function of his new teeth! Final photos were taken most recently at a three- year follow up visit, he looked and felt great, although he did have some tissue recession surrounding the multi-unit abutment in site #10. Due to his low lip line at full smile, this was not of any concern to John. Proper oral home care, regular hygiene visits, and radiographic follow up are of utmost importance in cases like this to ensure gingival and implant stability long term. The take away for me on this case was that picking the proper team and pre-planning implant placements from a restorative endpoint in mind saved us all time, money and unnecessary complications throughout every step of the process. Keep it simple and keep the end in mind! Sloan W. Hildebrand, D.D.S., M.S.
