Chicken & Tomatoes

Serves : 4 | 4 oz . chicken breast
Ingredients
• 4- 4 oz . boneless / skinless chicken breasts
• 15 oz . can Muir Glen Chopped Fire Roasted Tomatoes
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
• ½ c Kalamata olives drained , rinsed , and sliced
• 14 oz . can artichoke hearts canned in water ; drained and sliced
• 4½ oz . can mushrooms ; drained , rinsed , and sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 ° F . Place chicken breasts in a small casserole dish , and top with remaining ingredients . Cover with foil . Bake for one hour .
