Team
Your practice team is there to help you
serve patients well and fulfill your
goals as a dental professional. Don’t
expect them to do this without knowing your aspirations. Tell them, in the
form of a written vision statement,
where you want the practice to be in
three years, and what goals you will
need to achieve in order to make that
vision a reality. Present your vision
and goals to the entire team. Discuss
it with them. Explain how each staff
member can contribute to practice
growth. And remind everyone of the
vision and goals frequently… in meetings, on bulletin boards, etc.
