Building a Top-Notch Team Your practice team is there to help you serve patients well and fulfill your goals as a dental professional. Don’t expect them to do this without knowing your aspirations. Tell them, in the form of a written vision statement, where you want the practice to be in three years, and what goals you will need to achieve in order to make that vision a reality. Present your vision and goals to the entire team. Discuss it with them. Explain how each staff member can contribute to practice growth.
