Jae Ha Jung , DDS
Dr . Jae Ha Jung earned his dental degree from Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico as valedictorian in his class . To strengthen his clinical skills in general dentistry , he did a post-graduate residency of Advanced Education in General Dentistry ( AEGD ) at Boston University . Dr . Jung later attended Columbia University to pursue his passion in Endodontics and attained his specialty certificate . He is a Diplomate of American Board of Endodontics ( ABE ). He is committed to providing excellent clinical care and putting the welfare and comfort of the patient first .
Obadah Attar , BDS , DScD
Dr . Obadah Attar graduated from the Stowers- Johnson Postgraduate Endodontic Clinic at the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 2009 , where he received his postgraduate specialty certificate in endodontics . After his endodontic training , Dr . Attar moved to Boston , MA where he participated in a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Implant Dentistry and received training in surgical implant placement , bone grafts , and sinus lifts in 2010 . In 2015 , he received a Doctor of Science Degree in endodontics from the Boston University Henry M . Goldman School of Dental Medicine .
Alex Fitzhugh , DDS
Dr . Alex Fitzhugh received a degree in Biology from The University of Arkansas and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Tennessee . Dr . Fitzhugh completed a two-year postgraduate program in Endodontics at Rutgers University . Dr . Fitzhugh believes in minimallyinvasive endodontics and the importance of thorough disinfection of the root canal systems while maintaining tooth structure . In his free time he enjoys time with his family and his two dogs . He is an avid outdoorsman and sports fan ( Go Hogs !). He currently holds board-eligibility status from the American Board of Endodontics .
Jeffrey L . Saunders , DDS
Dr . Saunders graduated from the UTHSCSA Dental School in 2001 . He then received his Endodontic Certificate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham Dental School in 2003 . Dr . Saunders worked in private practice for three years before opening his own Endodontic office in 2006 . In May of 2019 , Dr . Saunders merged his office with Essential Endodontics . Dr . Saunders lives in Grapevine with his wife Monica and their three children , Grant , Brice , and Sydney . Dr . Saunders enjoys reading , jogging , biking , and playing disc golf .

Basil Shaikhly , DDS
Dr . Basil Shaikhly graduated from University of the Pacific with the distinction of class valedictorian . Dr . Shaikhly practiced general dentistry and gained valuable experience . His great empathy for patients with dental pain guided him to the field of Endodontics . As an educator , Dr . Shaikhly enjoys teaching to promote the advancement of dentistry and society in general . Dr . Shaikhly completed his endodontic training at Texas A & M Baylor College of Dentistry . With a great passion for endodontics , he encourages all his colleagues to reach out to him in person for any endodontic collaboration .
Miguel Martinez , DMD
Dr . Miguel Martinez is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry . Upon graduation , he entered military service as a general dentist at Fort Benning , GA and was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom . Upon returning from deployment , he was accepted into the U . S . Army Endodontic Residency Program in Fort Bragg , NC . After nine years of Army service , Dr . Martinez was ready to call Texas home . Dr . Martinez is happily married to his wife Ashley and has twin sons , Sebastian and Giulianno .
Dr . Loth grew up in Arlington , Texas , and graduated from Texas A & M University with a degree in Biomedical Science . She then attended Baylor College of Dentistry , where she received her DDS and MS degrees . She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics , a Fellow of the American College of Dentists , and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Texas A & M College of Dentistry ( formerly Baylor College of Dentistry ). Dr . Loth is the past president of two dental organizations , and is currently active in several other dental groups . Employing the latest technology and evidence-based techniques , she strives to provide customized endodontic care for her patients . Dr . Loth lives in west Fort Worth , and is married with three daughters . She has enjoyed many activities such as auto racing , off-road driving , and horseback riding . Currently she is competing in endurance horseback racing .
Cory Malagise , DMD
Dr . Malagise was born in Beaver , Pennsylvania and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012 while pursuing his interests in biomedical and stem cell research . Dr . Malagise is an Ivy League-trained dentist having received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry in 2018 from the University of Pennsylvania with Honors in Clinical Dentistry . Upon completion of his training in Endodontics at Texas A & M University College of Dentistry in 2020 , Dr . Malagise joined Essential Endodontics and moved to Waco . He enjoys hunting , fishing , traveling , and boating .
