PROCEDURES Comprehensive orthodontic treatment in coordination with oral surgery procedures to extract a mandibular incisor and install bilateral mandibular Bollard-type intrusion plates. Restorative dentistry with preparation and installation of six (6) maxillary anterior teeth veneers. RESULTS Patient treatment progressed well; lower anterior teeth were retracted as the extraction space closed and we obtained true intrusion of mandibular anterior teeth to create restorative clearance for maxillary teeth. Porcelain veneers were installed with excellent occlusion and esthetic results. Patient satisfaction was high with the outcomes. This case was possible with a com- bined multi-specialty collaboration between the restorative dentist, ortho- dontist, and oral surgeon. FOLLOW UP: Stable, esthetic occlusion was obtained.
