Freshly Brewed Collective Coffee Lab Coffee Kahlua
2 1/2 cups of very strong, freshly brewed coffee (we used espresso)
4 cups of granulated sugar
2 1/4 cups of good quality vodka
1 vanilla bean cut in half
Add the sugar to hot coffee and stir until dissolved. Cool freshly brewed Collective Coffee Lab coffee to room temperature. Add the vodka and stir again. Pour into a seal-able container. Store in a cool, dry place for 2-3 weeks. Strain, remove the beans, re-bottle and enjoy!
