stop casting, in 3-5 foot waves, we were unsuccessful and decided to move on. So we
switch gears again, put out the plugs and
start trolling plugs deep and flies on the
surface. Fishing really starts to pick up and
we end up getting several wahoo and a few
tuna, some of them pushing 50lbs. After
we land a few fish, we see a fish streaking
across the surface charging one of our flies.
Justin yells, “look at that fish...get ready!”
Just as he is yelling, his fly gets hit hard and
a nice mahi mahi leaps out of the water 4-5
