LETTER FROM THE EDITOR
Hi , my name is Reese Gorman and I am the editor of the Norman Magazine . For this edition , we decided to stray away from the normal “ New Year ’ s Resolution ” theme and shift to something a little more creative , hobbies .
I have a couple of hobbies myself . The fi rst being my main girl Kahleesi - she is an awesome Huskie . We walk , talk and play together all the time . Except I can ’ t take her to the disc golf course with me if I expect to score anything at all . Funny story about how I got into disc golf . Some of you may or may not know but I was on the golf team in college . So a while back I went into a disc golf store because I fi gured golf and disc golf couldn ’ t be much different and while I was picking out discs a random man in the store bought all my discs for me , all $ 45 worth . I was ecstatic .
I also like to rock climb and have recently gotten into yoga . I tried bowling over my Christmas vacation and for that effort I am today in a boot and crutches with a torn ligament in my ankle . I probably won ’ t be doing that one for a while .
