« J’ai rejoint Norev en 2007 et ai pu participer au développement
de notre usine Meng Yi depuis 2009. En tant que General Manager,
j’ai dû faire face à certaines difficultés qui m’ont permis de
progresser tout en me sachant soutenue pour faire face à chaque
nouveau défi.
L’année 2019 constitue un nouveau challenge avec une usine
relocalisée dans un bâtiment réduit de 14 000 m² à 7 100 m².
Tous les départements se retrouvent rapprochés, les miniatures
passant d’un atelier au suivant, au bénéfice d’une réduction de
stock avec plus d’efficacité.
Nous visons en 2019 une production hebdomadaire de 2 500 à
3 000 pcs. »

« I joined Norev in 2007. I witnessed the establishment of Meng Yi
in 2009 and its development since then. Being a GM means change
of nature of work for me. I encountered some difficulties while trying
to learn and progress, but thinking of all the solid support behind
my back, I was able to keep my faith and my heart to face every
new challenges.
In 2019, we will relocate our factory in a smaller building, from
14,000 m² to 7,100 m².
All departments are getting closer to each other, model cars will
be pushed from one workshop to the next with a reduction in our
inventory and a better efficiency.
We will target a weekly production of 2,500 pcs to 3,000 pcs. »
