No area of the property market is safe from the economic uncertainty which
continues to press on. As the supply fails to meet the demand, transactions in
the market take time to materialise. The summer of 2012 offered a ray of hope
with a few promising transactions, but the rest of the year showed that there
was really very little to be optimistic about.
