Articulating expectations and adjusting visions

Articulating expectation
Task A-1 : Identify knowledge ( experts , producers , users , etc .) and facilitate exchange : make assumptions and gap in knowledge explicit and explore possibilities and limitations of the experiment from different sides .
Task A-2 : Engage in dialogue about what the experiment can do in the bigger setting of the mobility system , and what not . Task A-3 : Identify to what extent the experiment aligns to current municipal visions for sustainability . Task A-4 : Identify to what extent the experiment is expected to live up to the most important societal trends in Copenhagen and Nordhavnen .
Task A-5 : Decide on the main question ‘ Go !’ or ‘ No Go .’, based on an initial assessment of the potential of the experiment to contribute to bringing about a most suitable sustainable urban mobility system for Copenhagen , resulting from the above steps and activities .
Adjusting the vision
Task A-6 : Study successful cases of innovative mobility solutions in other cities and the differences in the adopted concepts . Task A-7 : Work towards a shared understanding between the municipality and other actors , reflected in an initial description of what the concrete experiment might look like . Task A-8 : Explicate the broad and narrow goals of the experiment , and indicate the ways in which they can be built further upon . Task A-9 : Connect the experimental setup to surrounding mobility features and policies .
