Contextualising Focusing Patterning

HOW TO WORK WITH THIS STRATEGY UNFOLDING THE LOOP

To really start working with this strategy, we open and unfold the loop into an arrow line, to treat the phases in more detail in the next pages.
Part one unfolds the 7-phases of the blue loop and introduces hereby the rationale behind creating the transformative operation strategy. The section is meant as a quick starter to get a better feeling for the process. If you are inspired and want to go more in detail with it, you can find at the end of this document a full working manual for part one. This is a more elaborate and workable explanation of the 7 phases, and this will also help to understand deeper, how the two parts are interlinked.
Part two unfolds the A-B-C steps of the red‘ half’ loop. First, we elaborate on what is meant by the‘ A-B-C of experimenting’, and how these steps relate to the phases from part one. Then the A, the B and the C step are treated in turn. To make it tangible, each step is complemented with the concrete example of car sharing, a promising yet undetermined mobility solution. This part finishes off with describing the relations between the two parts once more in a brief walktrough, before folding it all up again.
