Ingredients
2 Cups Paneer (crumpled)
1 Tablespoon oil
2 Green Chillies
¼ Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander or Cilantro
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
And Salt to taste
Grated Ginger- small piece
Optional -1 medium sized Tomato – chopped
1 Medium Sized Onion- Chopped
Usually in Satwik Cooking Onion and garlic is a strict NO-NO.
Preparation Time- 10 minutes approx.
Cooking Time- 10 Minutes
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Wait till they start spluttering to
add ginger and green chillies. Add salt .Sauté it for two minutes and add
crumpled paneer. Later add coriander powder and turmeric and cook it
for two minutes. Garnish the scrambled paneer with coriander leaves or
cilantro. Served best with slices of bread.
