1. What happens in a coaching session?

NLP sessions are carried out either face to face or over

SKYPE depending on your preferences and location.

During a session your coach will walk by your side to help

you to reach your ultimate goal and aspirations. Your coach

will listen to you, ask questions, find out what your challenges are

and inspire you to reach your end goal. You will be guided on your journey

and you will learn techniques to empower you on your journey towards success.

2. What types of issues can Life Coaching address?

Life Coaching can and has been used to address a wide variety of emotional, mental, behavioral, professional and physical challenges. NLP has helped people establish emotional balance and experience greater and more consistent daily happiness; achieve greater professional success; and has helped people regain emotional balance who are suffering from illnesess, allergies, migraines, stress-related problems like anger problems and PTSD. It has proven particularly useful for people attempting to lose weight and control eating disorders.

3. Why do people go for coaching?

Everyone that wants to change their lives for the better in any area. Your coach will not cast any judgements on what is being said and hold totally confidential conversations. Someone who uses a coach is ready to make change and take steps forward to strive towards their goals.

You can be coached in any area of your life that you wish to discuss. The coach is an expert in the coaching field, you are the expert in your life. You choose what you would like to bring to coaching and together we will identify the manageable steps you need in order to be successful in your goal.

Having someone that is dedicated to you and the achievement of your goals. They are non-judgemental, supportive, encouraging and motivating just when you need it. They keep you focussed on where you want to be and moving forward in the right direction. They will enable you to get to where you want to be in life, much faster than you could on your own.

The costs of coaching depends on your needs and the coach. Most coaches have different packages and alternative payments options to suit every client.

7. How do I get started?

Contact the nearest coach and book your evaluation session and discuss your needs to start on your journey.

8. How long do I need coaching for?

Following your initial consultation your coach will put a package together based on how you would like to use coaching and the duration of the sessions. The average coaching relationship is around 10-12 sessions carried out weekly or other packages can be shorter (but more expensive).

9. Do you have insurance?

Absolutely, as a professional coach I take my role very seriously and promote a safe environment for my clients as well as myself.

10. What are the differences between coaching and counselling?

The difference is that in counseling you are looking for solution to a personal problem that has occurred in you past and you need help in coming up with a solution. Whereas coaching is like teaching, a person is guided to perfect skills that they already possess. Coaching is future based and helps a client to change their lives and reach teir goals faster and easier.
