6. När och var inleds säsongen 2018?
2018 season started already on 4th of January in Sardinia.
We were sailing until 20th of December so the season never
really ended. Next up is another camp in Sardinia followed
by the famous Palma.
9. Hur uppehåller du din fysiska kondition?
Sailing the Nacra is pretty great fitness on its own. Especially if
the wind is over 8 knots or we are doing racing. But we try to
do gym every morning too unless we have a strong wind session
coming up, or if we are getting tired. Generally our aim is to
do as much fitness as possible without it affecting our sailing
time.

2018?
Tennis, climbing, any game with a ball
In terms of results, the goal for 2018 will naturally be a coun-
try spot at the ISAF Worlds in August in Aarhus, it will be a
hard push, just have to give it all. Otherwise, our main goal
for the year is more long term and that is to keep up the
improvement curve we have had until now!
11. Vad är det som driver dig framåt inom
seglingen?
The enjoyment on the water and the feeling that you are con-
stantly improving.
