Court vacates indexing of retiree prescription co-pays
On Dec. 31, 2014 the Superior Court of New
Jersey Appellate Division issued its decision
with regards to the retiree prescription co-pay
lawsuit that was brought by members of the
State Health Benefits Design Committee, Hetty
Rosenstein, Chair, and Charlie Wowkanech,
President of the AFL-CIO on behalf of the committee.
The Court unanimously decided that the
Division of Pension and Benefits unilateral
imposition of a health benefits regulation that
