Attention: Convention
As many of you are aware, the annual NJSP- BA Convention is quickly approaching and we are completing the final few tasks that are associated with the event.
This year we will be staying at the Arizona Grand Resort located in Phoenix, and as luck would have it, the Phoenix area professional sports teams are playing home games while we are there. The first game we will be arranging for our group to attend is the Arizona Diamondbacks versus the Los Angeles Dodgers. That game will be on Friday, Sept. 16, and we have group tickets available for purchase for those attending the Convention.
The second game we will be getting group tickets for is the Arizona Cardinals versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which will be played on Sunday, Sept. 18. The ticket prices have not been made available for groups as of yet, but as soon as we get the pricing information we will post it on our website.
For all of our members who will be attending the Convention in Arizona, check our website for the deals and discounts that the NJSPBA Convention Committee has managed to negotiate.
The Convention is open to any PBA member and we do have space still available. If you would like to attend, check our website and be sure to download the application.

And one more thing about Pension
I would like to remind all of our members to make sure you have a current MBOS login ID and password. MBOS is the Division of Pension’ s Member Benefits Online System. It is a very easy process to register and you will need a current MBOS account to do everything associated with your pension account.
While you are making sure your MBOS account is current, take a moment to check your beneficiaries. Your beneficiaries are very important because they will be the ones who will receive the money from your pension in the event you are lost to a tragic event. Make sure you take the time to add the person or people in your life so that the ones you love are taken care of when you are not here to provide for them. d
