NJ State PBA President Pat Colligan and Director of Government Affairs Rob Nixon appeared at the 2016 League of Municipalities Conference alongside NJFMBA President Ed Donnelly on Nov. 15 to present details of a plan nearly two years in the works to revive and stabilize the PFRS and its critical benefits.
