and Fire Retirement System (PFRS) members about an ongoing campaign to properly and fully fund and manage their
pension sent up hope for a more rewarding, more compensating day:

NJ State PBA President Pat Colligan and Director of Government Affairs Rob Nixon appeared at the 2016 League of
Municipalities Conference alongside NJFMBA President Ed
Donnelly on Nov. 15 to present details of a plan nearly two
years in the works to revive and stabilize the PFRS and its critical benefits. It might have been one, small 90-minute speech
for the 100 or so first responders in attendance, but it featured
many, giant statements for the good of PFRS mankind.
