Washington Heights
PBA members have described the feeling of being in Washington, D. C. for National Police Week as a high point of their careers. From the rush of the Police Unity Tour to the eloquence of reading the names of fallen officers added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Wall to the way the Candlelight Vigil sheds light on survivors of lost loved ones to the heartbreaking loss of Joe Franklin during the Unity Tour to the honor of riding for him and remembering that he died doing what he loved, these are the moments that made Police Week 2016 monumental.
