For the past four years, the Everyday Heroes Festival has honored
those that serve and protect. The NJ
State PBA-sponsored all-day free
festival again was held Sept. 26 in
Seaside Heights. Live bands performed from 11 a.m. until dusk and
the day was capped with fireworks.
“This is one of our favorite events all year,” said Dee Pellegrino,
Marketing Director for Press Communications, organizer of the
event. “It’s our way of saying thank you to our law enforcement,
firefighters, military and all emergency service workers who sacrifice so much to ensure our freedom and keep us safe.”
This event coincides with the “Everyday Heroes” program
Press Communications airs on its group of radio stations.
“We never want the public to forget the hardship and sacrifice
our emergency workers and their families make for us,” emphasized Pellegrino.
