Ladies in Blue Fighting in Pink
for breast cancer awareness
Gritty in Pink
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month,
we honor the Ladies in Blue Fighting in Pink,
a group of female officers and PBA members
that has been making a unique contribution
to the fight since starting in 2011. Adorned
with special uniforms, these special ladies
have a determination found only in cops,
maybe only in female cops. The Ladies in
Blue Fighting in Pink have used their
sisterhood to raise awareness among the
brotherhood and beyond, and provided an
omnipresent support group for female
officers, male officers, their families
and more.
