& Welfare Fund without taking
a dime out of your pocket
n BY DEBRA NEIER
You can help the NJ State PBA Survivor & Welfare Fund fundraising efforts without spending any money. If you already have
a checking or savings account at Investors Bank, or plan on
opening a new bank account, all you need to do is join the Investors Bank Care2Share program at your local branch.
Investors Bank will make quarterly contributions to the
NJSPBA Survivor & Welfare Fund based on the average balances
of all checking and savings accounts enrolled in the program.
All banking information remains strictly confidential and the
Care2Share Program is free to customers who wish to link their
accounts.
The NJSPBA Survivor & Welfare Fund is a 501(c) (3) not-forprofit charitable organization dedicated to providing support
and survivor benefits to the families of PBA members who have
made the ultimate sacrifice in the line-of-duty and easing the
burden of those officers who are experiencing significant personal hardships. The fund also administers the NJ COP SHOT
program, as well as provides for line of duty death benefits and
various other types of community support and emergency benefits to law enforcement officers in need.
For more information on participating in the Investors Bank
Care2Share program, stop by any Investors Bank branch or call
the NJSPBA office at 732-636-8860. d
