PFRS Trustee. As the process begins to form the new
PFRS, Heck’s career of law enforcement service and
municipal representation provides the expertise the
trustee board will need to upgrade the pension sys-
tem and meet the challenges of the Chapter 55 law
signed in July. Heck also has at least a dozen addi-
tional qualifi cations that make him the right member
for this transcendent position.
