This course offers an overview into general
bookkeeping, including licensing and
documentation responsibilities for the
organizations. This course is designed for
bookkeepers and treasurers but is also
an excellent course for presidents and
vice presidents to keep up-to-date on the
finances of their Locals. Engaging with Local Legislators

Open to State Delegates
This course will give those new to inter-
acting with legislators an overview into
engaging with those on a Local, county
and state level. This course will provide the
“dos and don’ts” of establishing a labor/
legislator relationship.

The Education Committee will be offering
an Officers’ Rights and Fundraising class
in breakout rooms following the 2019
Mini Convention State Delegate meetings.
These seminars will be open to all mem-
bers.
