At Breast Cancer Now , we ’ re powered by our life-changing support . People can have many different needs and concerns after a breast cancer diagnosis , during treatment and beyond . That ’ s why we ’ re here . We have a wealth of trusted information and tailored support services for anyone affected by the disease .
Support for primary breast cancer Younger Women Together makes sure that no one under 45 has to face breast cancer alone . They meet with people who understand what they ’ re going through , and hear from experts on issues including treatment , fertility , exercise , and mental health .
Becca , the breast cancer support app , is a pocket companion to primary breast cancer . It has trusted information for anyone living with or beyond the disease , and real stories from people who ’ ve been there too .
‘ I wanted to know what I could do to help myself and give myself some structure to help me move through recovery , which is when I came across the Moving Forward course . Meeting other people who have had similar experiences has been so helpful .’

We know that reaching the end of breast cancer treatment can sometimes be the hardest part . Losing the safety net of regular appointments and looking to the future can be difficult . Moving
Forward gives people the tools to help them feel more empowered , confident and in control , through supportive , open conversations with people in a similar situation , and expert information and guidance .
Support for secondary breast cancer A secondary breast cancer diagnosis can be full of uncertainties . Our Living with Secondary Breast Cancer course is facilitated by trained counsellors , and gives people the chance to meet others who understand the challenges that secondary breast cancer brings .
We also host tailored residential events just for younger women with secondary breast cancer .
Support for anyone affected by breast cancer Through our online discussion Forum , people can talk about what ’ s on their mind with a supportive community , at any time of day or night . Our Forum features a dedicated space for men with breast cancer .
For many , talking to someone who ’ s also been through a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment can be a
helpful part of ongoing recovery , which is why Someone Like Me is so crucial . The service matches people with trained volunteers who ’ ve had similar experiences to them , to answer questions , offer support or simply listen . We make matches for people with primary and secondary breast cancer , as well as people supporting someone with a diagnosis .
And anyone with worries or questions about breast cancer or breast health can also speak to our breast care nurses . They ’ re ready to listen on our free and confidential Helpline and Ask Our Nurses email , no matter how big or small the question .
