THE SCREAMING OF THE LAMBS
I fell in love with this film and I continue to fall in love with it time and time again. I have watched every special feature, every interview, and every documentary about its greatness. I can even speak the lines before they are spoken. And at one point, I even wanted to work for the FBI. But as I watch the ending of the film, for the umpteenth time, I slowly find myself slipping back into reality and ascending out of the asylum. Maybe one day the lambs will stop screaming, but until then, I shall be content to listen to their haunting lyrical song.
