Education about agriculture and how to plant gardens could be taught by the teachers. The money from the Oil companies could go to building more hospitals and school and taxes could start to be enforced as more job opportunities from the hospitals and schools would resurface.

Using old shipping crates from the incoming supplies, houses could be rebuilt into stronger homes. As for Abuja, setting up smaller areas around the city that have access to clean safe drinking water would impact the city because it would get people out of the city and into small and safer towns. Laws concerning chiefs being paid off by oil companies could also be passed. Nigeria had so much potential when it became independent, it is time to get that potential back.
